Resources can be understood in two main ways; first, in the context of electronic and offline resources, which you need research to find the appropriate exercises for your lesson. While in another context, it is the equipment that you need for the session, which are dependent on the types of exercises you are willing to perform. Examples of equipment can be mattresses and hula-hoops.
